I combine nearly 30 years in finance and management with custom business application development, financial process automation and AI-native solutions. I build decision systems and executive dashboards that help boards see faster, decide with more confidence — and let people stop doing work that technology should have taken over long ago.
Custom business applications, management tools, workflows and AI solutions. Built fast — but on a real business process, not on slides. Repetitive work disappears; people get back to thinking.
// hours of work → seconds of a scriptI connect, clean and transform data into interfaces that answer the board’s actual questions. Not a dashboard for its own sake — a decision interface that tells you every morning what is really going on.
// one source of truthReporting architecture, financial models, cash flow, profitability, KPIs, finance function transformation. Nearly three decades in finance and management — I know how decisions really get made.
// proven in M&A transactionsThese case studies are anonymized. Client confidentiality matters as much as the data itself. The structure is always the same: problem, solution, result — and what matters most, the impact on people.
The data is synthetic, the mechanics are real. Move a slider, click an invoice, watch the live commentary — and see how the system reasons.

I build decision systems at the intersection of finance, data and technology. This is not a catalog of everything — it is the range of what is possible. We always start with one decision.
“Behind every number stands a person. Behind every process — someone’s daily work. Behind every company — stories you won’t see in a spreadsheet.”
I don’t use technology to replace people. I use it to free their creativity and potential. Good systems don’t take responsibility away — they create room for conscious, courageous decisions.
The ensō in my mark stays open — wholeness needs space for the new.
One stroke of the brush. One screen instead of forty spreadsheets. The decision visible at a glance.
Calm, daily improvement instead of a paralyzing revolution. Methodical, like smart training before a long distance.
Technology is a means, not an end. The real value is new space where daily work becomes a pleasure, not a burden.
Finance director → builder → decision architect.
For nearly thirty years, I have worked in finance and management. As a CFO and Finance Director, I have been responsible for the finances of more than seventy companies across eighteen countries — in calm times and in crises. I know which data matters and which is just noise.
Today, I design and build applications, models and decision interfaces myself — combining nearly three decades in finance and management with the latest AI tools. Part engineering, part craft, part art. And a great deal of genuine passion I want to pass on. AI-native development is the most exciting thing to happen to finance since the spreadsheet — and I have the rare luxury of understanding the whole path: from the accountant’s or analyst’s desk, through technology, to the boardroom table.
A short, focused project. We start with the one decision that costs you the most today — and finish with a working prototype. No presentation about transformation. Just a system that works.
We pick one costly or repetitive decision in your company.
We identify the data and process that really sit behind it.
We design the decision interface — the screen that answers the board’s question.
I build a working prototype on your data or synthetic data.
We agree on a rollout and roadmap. From there — small steps.
Tell me briefly what that decision is. I’ll show you, on your own data, what a morning could look like when the system tells you what is happening in the company before the day really begins.
And if you don’t yet know what you need — or AI creates more discomfort than trust — let’s simply talk. About the doubts, not the tools.
